Refund policy

Digital products
All Akhirah Planners products are digital (Notion templates and printable PDFs). They are delivered instantly by email and download link right after your payment is confirmed.

No refunds after delivery
Because digital products can be downloaded and duplicated as soon as they are delivered, all sales are final once your order has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

If something goes wrong
If you did not receive your download email, if a file does not open, or if you have trouble duplicating the template into Notion, email us at akhirahplanners@gmail.com with your order number. We will fix it or send you a new copy, in sha Allah.

Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate order.
